CHS Hospital CEO Thanks Apogee Doctors
Apogee Hospitalists in Anna, IL Help Hospital Win Award
Dear Dr. Reach,
I want to thank you for the part you played in this hospital being recognized by
Community Health Systems with their 2010 Excellence in Physician Communications Award. This award was announced
at the CHS Chiefs of Staff Annual Meeting last month.
We received this award because our HCAHPS scores in the area of Physician Communication were among the highest in the company. Questions that relate to Physician Communication measure patient satisfaction with how well their doctors explain things clearly, listen carefully, and treat them with courtesy and respect. This award reflects the excellent care you provide to the patients you treat here on an inpatient basis.
